How do I sign up?
Signing up is easy and involves three simple steps as illustrated below.

What is Qpay?
Qpay has the highest level of certification from VISA and MasterCard for payment card processing - PDI DSS tier 1 Certification. They are also a revolutionary payment gateway which allows you to pay for goods and services using your mobile phone to authenticate and process payments. Think about it, you take your phone everywhere with you, why not have the ability to use it to pay for stuff?Westpac has contracted Qpay as the first globally approved mobile commerce payment platform. This is why Stage 3 of the signup process asks you to enter your credit card details to be held securely by Westpac.
Unlike Paypal, Qpay is available worldwide. As long as you have a phone, you can use Qpay.
How does Qpay work?
Qpay is simple and easy to use. When you find content you would like to buy in any of the V-Play.tv applications, selecting to purchase that content will initiate a phone call from Qpay where you will be asked to enter the four digit code you selected during Stage 2 of the signup.
We do this so your account can never be charged without your authorisation and there is even the ability to cancel a payment if you accidentally tried to buy something you didn't mean to.
The cost of transaction is charged to your credit card, and not to you mobile phone bill. It also means that you are not taken away from the viewing experience. So sit back, relay and enjoy.
We guarantee that even after using it Qpay only a few times you will wish it was everywhere. It is really that
convenient.
